THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42354 of 2015 ORDER :
Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.
2. Petitioner's grievance is that she had preferred an appeal on 01.12.2015 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.20.11.2015 of the 3rd respondent along with a stay application and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same.
3. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the stay application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he will also decide the appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.12.2015 challenging the order dt.20.11.2015 of the 3rd respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; he shall also decide the appeal within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
