This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief: " ...to issue a w rit, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRI T OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of Respondents on the petitioner's applications dt. 27.08.2012 and 02.02.2013 submitted for granting Electrical Service Connection to her bore w ell excavated in her agricultural lands admeasuring Ac. 2.00 Cents in Survey No. 26/ 11 and Ac. 0.06 Cents in Survey No. 29/ 5 situated in Timmakkapalem Village, Lingapalem Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non discharge legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of The Electricity Act, 2003 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of I ndia and consequently direct the Respondents to grant Electrical Service Connection to the petitioner's bore w ell situated in her said lands and pass such other order or orders..."

I have heard the submissions of Ms. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and of Sri M.Ravindra, learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL representing the respondents 2 to 6. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the sides would submit that the applications submitted by the petitioner are of the years 2012 and 2013 and that therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application to the 6th respondent and with a further direction to the 6th respondent to consider and dispose of the said application in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for both the sides, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to
MSRM, J W .P.No.928 4 of 20 17 submit a fresh application to the 6th respondent within a period of two
(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and directing the 6th respondent to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders, within a period of one month thereafter, in strict accordance with the procedure established by law.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
