This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of the CC.No.285 of 2015 on the file of learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Khammam, registered against the petitioner Nos.1 and 2/Accused Nos.10 and 11 for the offence under sections 120(A), (B), 197, 198, 260, 420, 468, 463, 465, 474, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 156(3) Criminal Procedure Code.

Sri T.P.Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State and Sri Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2 are present.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners reported that the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
