HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.20951 and 21088 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing respondents 1 to 4 and perused the prayer in the writ petitions with the supporting affidavits.

2) As the prayer in the respective two writ petitions is common, common order is being passed.

3) The grievance of the petitioners in both the writ petitions is that despite the dealership is subsistence in their favour, the respondents are not allowing them to distribute the essential commodities. Earlier, this Court passed interim order on 28.06.2017, which reads as under:

"While posting the matter to 14.07.2017 in 'motion list' for counter or written instructions of the learned G.P for Civil Supplies, there shall be interim direction if the fair price shop dealership in subsistence, not to stop the supply of the essential commodities to the dealer for distribution in the meantime."

4) Now, it is the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners that pursuant to the interim order, the respondents are supplying the essential commodities and that the petitioners are distributing the same to the cardholders.

5) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petitions are disposed of for no more orders are required except directing to continue the said compliance unless there are any proceedings initiated and any adverse orders passed against the petitioners.
