ORDER
This writ petition was filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not complying with recounting request made on 16.12.2015 by the petitioner in respect of a departmental examination, as arbitrary and illegal. The petitioner is already serving employee of the BSNL.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the matter comes within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum, if he is so advised. No costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
