When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive in view of the fact that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the petitioner was challenging the orders of transfer.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
