Heard Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for respondent that proceedings dt.15-06-2018 have been issued by the respondent withdrawing his proceedings dt.16-03-2018, and an apology is tendered stating that there was a mistake committed by him.

Accepting the apology and taking into account withdrawal of the proceedings dt.16-03-2018 by the subsequent proceedings dt.15-06-2018, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
