Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy. He also addressed a letter dt.18-10-2016 to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
