This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W P No. 10779 of 2012 dated 17.12.2014. Learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for respondent produced copy of proceedings No. 112/7172/97-FF (HC) dated 12.2.2016, whereby pension was granted to freedom fighter and submitted that in view of the same, order of this Court dated 17.12.2014 in W P No. 10779 of 2012 is complied with.
