1. This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) seeking I I grant of regular bail.

2. The petitioner is Accused No.2 in Crime No. 18O of 2024 on the file of the Narayanguda, Hyderabad Commissionerate, Hyderabad, within the territorial jurisdiction of the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad.

Heard Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. After making submissions to some extent, learned counsel prayed for withdrawal of the petition with a liberty to approach the Trial Court at appropriate stage.

5. Considering the request, permission is accorded for withdrawal of the petition, with the liberty as prayed for ,l

6. Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
