HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.14413 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners-accused to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.619 of 2014 of Hayatnagar Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 427 and 447 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

As per the record, the subject crime relates to the year 2014 and both the offences alleged are bailable offences. Under these circumstances, the investigating officer is directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners in this case and file final report.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. The interim order granted on 08.12.2014 stands vacated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
