The petitioner prays for Mandamus for a direction to respondent Nos.5 and 6 to initiate departmental enquiry against respondent No.4 and take disciplinary action for the alleged acts of 4th respondent in fixing and implicating the petitioner in false cases. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the complaint of petitioner was examined by Superintendent of Police and the enquiry revealed that the allegations against 4th respondent are false.
