This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings of Crime No.45 of 2015 of Gudur Rural Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence under Section 304B IPC, outcome of the report of 1st respondent/ de facto complainant no other than father of deceased who met unnatural death, the deceased is no other than wife of 1st petitioner/ accused No.1, daughter-in-law of petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 and sister-in-law of petitioner/ accused No.4.

2) Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, de facto complainant and accused are present and stated including in the better affidavit with petition Crl.P.M.P No.7612 of 2015 seeking permission to compound the offence under Section 482 Cr.P.C that in the wedlock of deceased and accused No.1, they were blessed with no issues and the marital tie not even cordial and it is through elders perspective, the deceased joined back accused No.1 but committed suicide

in her parents place that is of de facto complainant and the de facto complainant states practically the accused persons role is not there to register the above crime against them but for the dead body influenced to give the report with some consultations and developments that made him to rethink, to subserve the ends of justice, thereby the compromise may be accorded. It is his say that they are interrelated and almost belong to same family even prior to the settlement between accused No.1 and daughter of de facto complainant.

3) Having regard to the above, to sub-serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, it is appropriate to grant permission to compound. Accordingly, the Crl.P.M.P. No.7612 of 2015 is ordered and permission is accorded and the offence under Section 304-B IPC, is compounded.

4) Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.45 of 2015 of Gudur Rural Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, is quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
