JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 16.12.1996, in O.S.No.119 of 1984, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Chittoor.

At the hearing, Sri S.Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri M.V.S.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that they have given up the vakalat and the appellants have taken away the file.

Considering the fact that no alternative arrangements have been made by the appellants and that the appeal is of the year 1997, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the AS, interim order, dated 07.04.1997, shall stand vacated and AS.MP.Nos.4048/97 and 11030/98 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
