THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.SUNI L CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.2782 OF 2016 ORDER:

This revision case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 21.09.2016 in C.O.R.No.116 of 2016 of Excise Police, Warangal (Urban) on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Excise Cases at Warangal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law. 3.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
