HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8413 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.107 of 2015 of Prathipadu Police Station, East Godavari, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(1) and 506 IPC 3 read with 4 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences. Heard and perused the material available on record. Since the allegations levelled against the petitioner are so serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
