Sri P.Harinath Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Second Appeal on the ground that the matter was already settled before the Lok Adalat. He would also make a request to direct the Registry to send the original records to the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Registry is directed to send the original records to the trial Court within three days from today.
