This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 07.7.2005 passed in I.A. No.1010 of 2005 in A.S.No.61 of 2005 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appeal was disposed of. Even as per the Office note, the appeal was disposed of on 23.9.2016. In view of the disposal of the appeal, the very purpose of filing of the miscellaneous appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
