Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file explanation to the impugned suspension order. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file explanation to the impugned suspension order. Upon such explanation being received, it is needless to say that the respondents shall consider the said explanation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a reasonable period, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.
