HCJ & AAR, J W.P. No. 15536 of 2019 Dt: 03-09-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The present Habeas Corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia on the ground that his wife, Smt. Dalai Ramyakrishna, has gone missing from the maternal home on 16-06-2019, and her whereabouts are unknown. According to the information received by him, she had left the house with one Mr. Mudili Eswara Rao, the respondent No. 4. On 26-07-2019, the respondent No. 3 had sought further time to investigate the case, and to produce Smt. Ramyakrishna before this Court. Consequently, today, the respondent No. 3 has produced Smt. Ramyakrishna before this Court. This Court has spoken to Smt. Ramyakrishna. She informs this Court that she had left the house out of her own free will along with Mr. Mudili Eswara Rao, the respondent No. 4, who is a friend of hers. However, presently, she would like to go back to her parental place where her husband is also residing with her parents.
Considering the fact that Smt. Ramyakrishna is a major, and considering the wish she has expressed before this Court, this Court directs the respondent No. 3 to take
HCJ & AAR, J W.P. No. 15536 of 2019 Dt: 03-09-2019 Smt. Ramyakrishna to her parental place, and to deposit her with her parents and her husband at the said address. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
