THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.7702 of 2016 ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. questioning the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, dated 13.01.2016, by and under which, the learned Magistrate, after conducting trial in CC.No.160/2014, made over the case to the Sessions Court, by converting the calendar case into PRC.No.40 of 2015, on the ground that the case is triable by the Court of Sessions.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State. I have perused the order impugned. I find no irregularity and illegality in the order passed by the learned Magistrate. In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
