This revision petition, under Section 21 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973, is filed challenging the order dated 08.04.2011 in I.A. No.1575 of 2009 in L.R.A. No.1 of 2009 passed by the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Nellore, whereby the appellate tribunal dismissed the petition filed under Rule 15(4) of A.P. Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Rule, 1974 At the hearing, the counsel for the petitioner represented that the Government of Andhra Pradesh passed G.O.Ms.No.533 dated 08.10.2013 whereby the land to an extent of Ac.431.81 cents situated at Sy.No.339 was exempted under Section 18(2) of the Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holding) Act, 1973, subject to certain conditions enumerated therein and hence the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the above submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
