This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 06.11.2012 passed in I.A.No.793 of 2012 in O.S.No.24 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Peddapuram.

As per the office note, the above suit was dismissed on 19.01.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the above suit was already dismissed on 19.01.2015. In view of the office note and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision.
