When these three Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation stated that the issue involved in these three Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 21.07.2015 in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch and requested that these Writ Petitions may be disposed of in terms of the aforestated order. A copy of the said order is placed on record. Recording the submissions and for reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order, these Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the said order dated 21.07.2015 in W.P.No.22056 of 2012 and batch. The miscellaneous petitions pending in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
