HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.13192 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner complains inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in disposing of application dated 21.03.2018, which was filed for mutation and issuance of E-pass books for an extent of Ac.0-40 cents in Sy.No.26/ 2 (old Sy.No.26) of Sarpavaram Village, Kakinada Rural Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader refers to the rejection order dated 20.04.2018 and states that nothing is pending with the 4th respondent.

The petitioner complains that the rejection order is not communicated and on account of such non-communication, the petitioner is unable to avail statutory remedy. This Court does not prefer to get into this controversy, but to meet the ends of justice, directs the 4th respondent to communicate the order dated 20.04.2018 to petitioner within four weeks from today by registered post with acknowledgment due. The petitioner, if so advised, can work out remedy of appeal against order dated 20.04.2018.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
