This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 25.04.2019, passed in C.M.A.No.760 of 2009, by XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record. 3.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel appearing for both sides have conceded that they are ready to maintain status quo with regard to the subject matter of original suit in O.S.No.779 of 2009, however, they have requested to direct the Court below to dispose of the said original suit expeditiously. 4.

Under these circumstances, both parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property, till disposal of the original suit in O.S.No.779 of 2009 pending on the file of VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
