ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with the civil dispute with regard to his land to an extent of Ac.563.00 cents in Sy.No.63/53 situated at Palakuru Village of Bollapalli Mandal of Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner and others were cultivating the aforesaid land belongs to the forest department and that they made a representation to the respondents for grant of pattas. Since the respondents have not considered the said representation, petitioner and others filed W.P.No.9601 of 2011 and the same was disposed of on 20.06.2011 directing the third respondent to consider the said representation. While, so, the fourth respondent is interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the Society by calling upon him to drop further proceedings.

Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the direction of this court in W.P.No.9601 of 2011 dated 20.06.2011, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the parties. This order will not stand in the way of any investigation on registration of the FIR by the respondents. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
