When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhaker Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, that if the private properties are required for the purpose of widening the road from Narayanamma College to Gachibowli Flyover, appropriate proceedings will be initiated as per law and then only the lands will be acquired. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed. No order as to costs.
