.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ, Order or Direction especially one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings No.B/3813/2014 dated 27-10-2015 passed by the 4th respondent is illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and one without jurisdiction and consequently set aside the same.
