HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.28306 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by the father seeking production of his daughter Dilawar Bhanu, alleging her illegal detention. He has not clarified as to who has illegally detained her. On last occasion, we had directed learned Government Pleader to secure the presence of Dilawar Bhanu, and, accordingly, today, she is present in the Court. She informs us that she has married one Shiva and she is happy with the marriage and she would like to continue to live with her husband. We also allowed her to interact with her parents, who are also present in the Court. Even after her interaction with the parents, she confirmed that she would like to live with her husband. In the circumstances, we find no merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
