HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.1 3 1 8 6 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the respondent No.4/ Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, GHMC, Hyderabad, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions to the extent of relevance to the present Writ Petition read as under: - "In view of the above rival claims, an award has been passed in respect of the land in question i.e., Open Land in Sy.No.83/ 2/ 4 of Raidurg Pan Maktha village, to an extent of 824.78 Sq.Yds.

for rs.5,09,75,471/ - referring the matter to the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Hyderabad under Sections 76 and 77 of L.A.Act 30 of 2013.

Accordingly the compensation amount of rs.5,09,75,471/ - has been deposited in the Court of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Hyderabad under Section 77 of LA Act 30 of 2013 on 13.04.2018 for adjudication."

In view of the above instructions, the Writ Petition is closed, by placing on record the above said written instructions, while keeping it open for the petitioner to avail the other remedies available to him, according to law.
