THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Crl.R.C.No.556 of 2016 ORDER :

Petitioners preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the docket order dated 28-08-2014 in Crl.M.P.No.1545 of 2014 in C.C.No.414 of 2012 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, whereby the learned Magistrate directed the petitioners to produce the documents bearing No.9656 of 2007 for comparison of the same with the specimen thumb impression and signatures of the de facto-complainant. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Admittedly, the said documents are incriminating in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 28-08-2014 in Crl.M.P.No.1545 of 2014 in C.C.No.414 of 2012 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar is hereby set aside.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
