THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34981 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the direction to the respondent to consider petitioner representation dated 31.7.2012 submitted to the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to change petitioner date of birth in petitioner SSC certificate bearing Roll No 20407, dated 20.12.1974 as 28.2.1959 in the place of 29.2.1959." Today, when the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner the petitioner has to make an application before the concerned District Educational Officer and requested to dispose of the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to make such application before the concerned District Educational Officer.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make an application for redressal of his grievance to the District Educational Officer concerned. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________ A.V.
