This criminal revision case is filed under sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the judgment dated 08.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2215 of 2016 in CC No.33 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal. Sri N. Hari Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to file recall petition before the trial court on appearance.

Permission granted.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner, on appearance, files petition under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C., for recalling the NBW issued against him, the trial court is hereby directed to dispose of the same on the same day, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
