The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents in disposing of representation dated 17.11.2017. The Assistant Government Pleader keeping in view the written instructions received from 4th respondent submits that through an endorsement the petitioner was informed the decision taken by the respondent authorities. He submits that the 4th respondent will communicate the reply on the representation dated 17.11.2017 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted.

The 4th respondent communicates reply to the representation dated 17.11.2017 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner, if is aggrieved on the communication, work out the remedies before the competent authority.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
