When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners submitted representation, dated 19.07.2017, to the 2nd respondent, but so far no action has been taken. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law within a timeframe.

In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 19.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as per law.
