THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This writ petition is filed praying for the following relief:- "...to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the application dated 23.4.2019 for payment of compensation of Rs 5 lakhs as per GO Ms No 50 General Administration Ser A Department dt 21.2.2014 as arbitrary and illegal and also Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents to consider the application dated 23.4.19 as per the above GO."

Heard learned Counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the record. 3.

The case of the petitioner is that her husband Enugu (Anugu) Gangaram was killed by extremists on 30.7.2000 at Govindaram village and the police registered F.I.R.No.43/2000 on 31.7.2000. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the State Government issued G.O.Ms.No.50, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated 21.10.2014, fixing the financial assistance at Rs.5,00,000/- to the family members of those who lost their lives in the extremists violation.

Petitioner herein made representation on 23.4.2019 to the District Collector requesting to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.50, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated 21.10.2014, but no action has been taken on the said representation by the respondentauthorities.

Taking into consideration the nature of controversy, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be met, if a direction is given to respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 23.4.2019, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation, dated 23.4.2019, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
