THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.14270 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioners herein have challenged the order dt.14.03.2016 in R.C.No.B/3412/2015 passed by 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent by way of an appeal under the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. Petitioners contend that the said Appeal has been numbered as C.M.A.No.2 of 2016, that they have also filed a stay application on 31.03.2016 therein, but the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders either in the appeal or in the stay application. 2.

The counsel for petitioners states that there is a threat of dispossession in the mean time.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the C.M.A.No.2 of 2016 filed by petitioners and dispose it of within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide CMA.No.2 of 2016 pending before him within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order; and pending disposal of the said appeal, there shall be stay of all

further proceedings pursuant to the order dt.14.03.2016 passed by 3rd respondent in R.C.No.B/3412/2015. No order as to costs.
