Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for respondents.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has applied on 12/06/2016 for issuance of pattedar passbook and title deed and mutation of his name in the revenue records to the third respondent and that the third respondent is not taking any action thereon.

3. Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that the third respondent will consider the petitioner's application and communicate his decision to the petitioner thereon within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 12/06/2016 for issuance of pattedar passbook and title deed within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

3. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
