THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30946 of 2012 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare instructions of the 2nd respondent in Cr. 11565/2012/CPE/E1, dated 24-09-2012 and the consequential orders of the 3rd respondent in Cr. No. B2/613/2012 dated 27-09-2012 in rejecting the renewal of TCS Uttherpally licence as illegal, arbitrary, void contrary to law and unconstitutional and set aside the same and direct the respondents to renew the licence of the petitioner society."
Today, when the matter is called, written instructions, dated 09-12-2015 furnished by the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent, Sangareddy have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise.
According to the said instructions, the licence of TCS Utharpally bearing No.28, dated 17-10-2012 has been revived and restored and the licence bearing Cr.No.B2/216/2011, dated 03-04-2013 is valid upto 30-09-2017. On noticing the same, it is reported by learned counsel for the petitioner that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition can be closed.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
