Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant submitted that Station House Officer, Kanchanbagh Police Station may be directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court at the earliest. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition is disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Kanchanbagh Police Station to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court at the earliest preferably within a period of four weeks. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
