Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioners claimed to be the owners of land to an extent of Acs.2.30 guntas in Survey No.397/E of Bollepally Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District. They submitted an application on 20.02.2018 in Form VI-A seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

As per the procedure evolved by the respondent authorities, for mutation of names in the revenue records, the application has to be made in Form VI-A through online web portal. Apparently, petitioners have not submitted such application. Therefore, it cannot be said that the respondent authorities are not acting on the application of the petitioners.

Leaving it open to the petitioners to file an application in prescribed proforma seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
