The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 04-05-2019 seeking to appoint him as Mutawalli of Dargah Hazarath Syed Shah Naser Jung Aulia Shaheed attached to Chilla of Mahboob Subhani situated in Sy.No.3 of Sajjanpally, Moinabad Mandal is pending before the 2nd respondent. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
