Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given application on 21.09.2017 to 3rd respondent for grant of quarry lease for Barytes for the subject land and contends that the 3rd respondent did not process the said application and forward it to 2nd respondent, who has to take a decision on the petitioner's application, till date though more than six months have elapsed.

The Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondents states that respondents 2 and 3 will consider petitioner's application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on petitioner's application within a period of two

(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
