This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents to on the report given by petitioner dated 08-07-2019 and 11-07-2019 against respondents 6 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that a case in Cr.No.515 of 2019 is registered on 01-08-2019. Learned counsel also says that no further orders are required. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
