The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to illegally call/summon/detain the petitioners, other Directors or Employees of ASV Europa Security Private Limited without following due process of law, more particularly procedure under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is informed by the learned counsel for petitioners that petitioners are ready to appear before the concerned police and cooperate with the investigation, if any case is registered against petitioners. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
