As the representations of the petitioner dated 21.11.2016 and 07.02.2017, for extending revised pay scale benefits, are stated to be pending with the respondents 2 and 3, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the said representations and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
