HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.19863 OF 1997 ORAL ORDER:

Mrs. P. Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Mrs. N. Sobha, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the matter pertains to EAMCET, 1997 and no data is available in their office. However, she submits that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive and it has become infructuous. In view of the said reason, this Court is also not in a position to reconstruct the bundle. Recording the above said submission, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
