When the matter had come up earlier on 11-08-2015, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
