In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the main grievance of the writ petitioner is in respect of nonregistration of a crime on the complaint, dated 10.03.2018, lodged by the petitioner with the fourth respondent - Station House Officer/Sub Inspector of Police, Duggadurthi Police Station, Duggadurthi Town and Mandal, against respondents 5 to 7. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for respondents 1 to 4. Perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 27.04.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that a case in Crime No.68 of 2018 was registered, on 27.04.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and that investigation is taken up into the said crime. He has placed on record a copy of the FIR in the aforestated crime. 4.
The aforestated submissions are recorded. The writ petition shall stand disposed of as no further cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
